FCPS Cares is an opportunity for parents, staff, and community members to recognize FCPS employees for going above and beyond to help others and show they care.
Educate Fairfax sponsors monthly "employee of the month" celebrations in each of the five FCPS regions. These employees are selected from submissions to the FCPS Cares portal.

Our FCPS teachers and staff are some of the best in the nation. Through a collaborative effort with the FCPS HR Department, Educate Fairfax helps honor their commitment and achievements through monthly and annual celebrations.

FCPS Honors
Educate Fairfax is a proud sponsor of the FCPS Honors, an annual event recognizing our excellent teachers and staff. We believe our employees are some of the best in the nation and now, more than ever, we support those who go above and beyond in service to our students.
Each June, FCPS awards outstanding employees in several categories including: Elementary teacher, secondary teacher, principal and support staff. This event typically draws more than 1,000 attendees.
